The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seal throws a head kick but Du Plessis moves out of range.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seal tries to kick Du Plessis off but Du Plessis keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Seal is looking to improve his position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Du Plessis working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
