Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Loureiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Go Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loureiro comes to the cage accompanied by Angra - Acid Rain. Yamamoto has chosen Ambitionz az a ridah as his entrance music. Go Yamamoto will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Thiago Cunha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto lands with a slapping head kick.
Loureiro tries to clinch but Yamamoto is having none of it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Yamamoto.
Yamamoto throws a nice outside leg kick.

Loureiro checks the leg kick nicely there.
Loureiro shoots for a double leg takedown but Yamamoto sprawls well. He's pushed Loureiro's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Yamamoto scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Loureiro doesn't seem bothered though.
Yamamoto fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Loureiro.

Loureiro drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Yamamoto manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Loureiro has Yamamoto in his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Loureiro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yamamoto gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Yamamoto would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Yamamoto controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Loureiro isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Yamamoto stacks Loureiro on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Yamamoto!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Yamamoto wants to control but Loureiro is keeping him busy.
