Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Atomic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil DeBlunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Atomic comes to the cage accompanied by A Kiss to Build a Dream On . DeBlunt has chosen Westside Connection - Bow Down as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Tom Atomic has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tom Atomic seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeBlunt loads up on a big right hand but Atomic slips the punch.
Atomic bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
DeBlunt throws out a powerful jab.

Atomic steps to the side to avoid the strikes from DeBlunt.

Tom Atomic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Atomic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Atomic throws a nice looking combination but DeBlunt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Phil DeBlunt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
DeBlunt displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Atomic throws out the jab.
Atomic staying out of range there.
A big left from DeBlunt misses.
Atomic scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. DeBlunt doesn't seem bothered though.

Nice uppercut lands for Atomic. That snapped DeBlunt's head back.
Atomic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts DeBlunt, as that shot connected.

DeBlunt lands a nice shot that snaps Atomic's head back.

Atomic misses with a double jab
and DeBlunt counters with a crisp one two that drops Atomic! DeBlunt thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Atomic to his feet! Atomic is in big trouble!
Atomic is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from DeBlunt knocks Atomic out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
