Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saguro Takada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Po kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Skrypture - Look. James Po could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Saguro Takada's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takada throws a body punch but Po moves out of range. Takada moves out of range of the leg kick from Po. Po uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Takada.
Po slips a straight right by Takada. Po takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Po leaves Takada with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Po scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Takada avoids the head kick by Po.

That's one minute gone in the round. Takada takes a swing at Po's ribcage but misses. Takada throws the left hand but Po avoids the punch easily. Takada misses the shot to the body. Po blocks a jab. Po misses with a wild body shot. Po turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Po uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Takada.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Po stuffs the takedown attempt from Takada. Takada gets slowly back to his feet. Po lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

That's going to take a lot out of Saguro Takada. Takada throws a combination that misses and Po counters with a good low kick that Takada was not able to check. Takada throws a hook to the side of Po's head but Po sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Takada finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Po fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Takada. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Takada throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Po thuds his right hand into Takada's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Takada throws a leg kick but Po checks it. Takada throws a series of punches but Po avoids them all with ease. Takada shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Po pinned against the cage. Po gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Takada misses with a body shot
and Po counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Po. Takada blocking some punches.

Po wants to land a leg kick but Takada is out of range. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A big left from Takada misses.
And that's the end of the fight! James Po showed his dominance in that final round. Well Po has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
