Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Ipkiss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ipkiss defends it nicely.
Morgan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ipkiss sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Morgan somewhat.
Ipkiss throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Morgan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ipkiss sprawls well. Ipkiss wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Morgan gets slowly back to his feet.

Ipkiss has gone for a leg lock! Morgan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ipkiss's guard.
Ipkiss bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Morgan's guard.

Ipkiss drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ipkiss jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ipkiss is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Morgan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
