The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hioko dips to his left and cracks Alexander with an uppercut!
Alexander works Hioko's body with a nice hook.
Hioko throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Hioko misses with a looping right.
Alexander misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hioko.
Alexander bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hioko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Alexander misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A shot to the body from Hioko misses
and Alexander counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hioko loads up on a big right hand but Alexander slips the punch.
Alexander moves away from the strike by Hioko.
Alexander misses with a hook.
Hioko misses with a leg kick.
Alexander takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Alexander looks gassed!

An inside leg kick lands from Hioko.

Hioko misses with a looping left.
Hioko lands a big head kick that sends Alexander to the canvas! Hioko follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
