Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jericho Marquardt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boom's entrance music is Fedor Entrance Song. A fine choice. Marquardt has chosen Welcome to the TerrorDome as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Boom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jericho Marquardt!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquardt throws a low kick, looking for Boom's leg but Boom calmly moves out of range.
Marquardt throws a body kick that misses.
Boom shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Marquardt but Marquardt pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Boom cracks Marquardt with a right hand to the side of the head.
Boom blocks a leg kick.
Boom avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Marquardt throws a low kick but it's checked well by Boom.
Marquardt is looking to slow Boom down with leg kicks.
Marquardt wants to slow Boom down by chopping away at his legs.
Marquardt knocks Boom to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
Boom is rocked!
It looks like Bobby Boom has been cut.
Marquardt trying to control the action but Boom is working from the bottom.
Oh Boom is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boom sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Marquardt tries to pass the half guard into mount. Boom knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Boom seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Boom has a hand on Marquardt's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Marquardt takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Boom tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Marquardt lands a big shot there that rocks Boom but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Boom is in all sorts of trouble here.
Marquardt postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Boom bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Marquardt and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jericho Marquardt!
