The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lisser tries for a takedown but Asher circles away easily
and Asher counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.


It looks like Matt Lisser has been cut.

Asher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lisser. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Lisser is just content to waste time from the top position. Asher takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Matt Lisser will probably get the nod.

Asher dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lisser. That did some damage!

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Asher. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Lisser misses with a takedown attempt
and Asher counters with a solid body kick.

Asher lands a big head kick that sends Lisser tumbling to the mat! Asher takes a step backwards and waves Lisser back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lisser gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Asher gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
