The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Straus blocks a head kick by Johnson.
Straus scores with a sloppy right hand. Johnson should have avoided that one.
Johnson slips a jab and a cross from Straus.
Straus throws a jab but it's blocked by Johnson.
Straus throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Johnson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Straus counters with a nice leg kick.
Johnson checks the leg kick.

Johnson has a takedown stuffed.
Straus scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Straus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Johnson moves away.
Straus tries a head kick but it misses.
Good standup being displayed there by Straus as he connects with a hook.

Straus just misses with a punch to the body.
Straus avoids the head kick by Johnson.
Johnson misses with a head kick.
Straus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Johnson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Straus counters with a solid body kick.
Johnson looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Straus lands a big right hand that sends Johnson crashing to the mat! Straus stays standing though and waves Johnson back to his feet!
It looks like Rock Johnson has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Straus turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Straus throws a body kick that misses.
Straus lands with a right and another and another! Johnson is in big trouble! Straus lands again and this time it's lights out for Johnson! A quality knockout there for Straus.
