Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gaia Ky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Warren might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to God's gonna cut you down by Jonny Cash. Ky is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: TIAMAT - Gaia. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Reggie Warren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Warren tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ky was well out of range. Poor timing from Warren.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ky takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Ky lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Ky dips a shoulder and cracks Warren with a mighty uppercut! Warren falls back against the cage and Ky unloads with a barrage of strikes! Warren is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Ky screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gaia Ky!
Gaia Ky got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
