Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gentleman Ghost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Vinyard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ghost might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Castle in the Mist. Vinyard is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Here Comes The Pain. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinyard attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
The fighters circling - Vinyard throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Gentleman Ghost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ghost is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Vinyard.

Vinyard feints and then cracks Ghost's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ghost down.

Vinyard is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Ghost still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Ghost has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Ghost jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Vinyard walks away with a smile on his face. Ghost gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
