Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johann Joensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joensen comes to the cage accompanied by Gasolina. Reed has chosen Jean Baptiste Lully - Marche Royale as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Oliver Reed enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Reed goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Reed misses with a looping right.
Reed keeps the fight on the outside.
Joensen throws a head kick that misses.
Good leg kick by Joensen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Joensen will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

and Joensen counters with a left to the body.

Reed moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Joensen is looking to score with low kicks.
Joensen throws a right hand that misses
and Reed counters with a low kick, right behind Joensen 's knee.
Joensen throws a nice outside leg kick.
Reed connects with a leg kick. Joensen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Reed connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Joensen momentarily.
A head kick by Joensen misses
and Reed counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Joensen thinking.
Joensen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Reed swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Reed lands a high kick!
Joensen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Reed fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Joensen is out of range.
Reed looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Joensen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Reed - the referee stops the clock and Joensen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Reed. Joensen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Reed lands a nice looking kick to the body. Joensen takes a step back to recover.

Joensen steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Reed. That one must have hurt.

Reed throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Joensen on the side of the head.
Joensen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Reed is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Joensen rather than just go for the knockout.
Reed drops Joensen with a huge uppercut! Joensen drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Reed is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Oliver Reed really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Conviction logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
