Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Moody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moody's entrance music is Medium Pace - Adam Sandler. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Blake's choice of entrance music: Thunderstruck. Donald Blake has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hank Moody!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Donald Blake!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moody clinches.
Blake blocks an elbow strike.
A short left from Blake.
Moody goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Moody lands with a right to the head.
Blake on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Blake blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Blake tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Blake blocks the elbow strike.
Blake misses with a punch on the inside.
Moody tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Blake avoids it.
Blake breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blake dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moody looks for a takedown but Blake sprawls well.
A head kick misses from Moody.
Blake keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Moody tries to close the distance and clinch but Blake swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Blake scores with the left hand. Moody knows he should have avoided that one.
Blake wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Moody thows a leg kick but Blake checks it
and Moody takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Moody looks to clinch
enabling Blake to counter with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Blake plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Moody to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Moody just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Donald Blake!
