Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Hanks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Chimpo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hanks comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Chimpo has chosen On The Darkside as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanks lands a nice shot that snaps Chimpo's head back.
It looks like Johnny Chimpo has been cut.
Hanks bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Chimpo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A nice inside leg kick there by Chimpo. That's going to slow Hanks down.
Hanks scores with a jab to the jaw.

Chimpo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chimpo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Chimpo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hanks.
Chimpo throws a series of punches but Hanks moves out of range.

Hanks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chimpo manages to avoid it.

Chimpo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Hanks wants to improve his position but Chimpo is controlling well.
Chimpo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hanks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Chimpo works his way into side control.
Chimpo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hanks keeps working.
Hanks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chimpo on the ground.
Chimpo throws a strike aimed at the side of Hanks's head but Hanks avoids it well.
Hanks parries the strikes from Chimpo easily there. Chimpo is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Hanks to escape.
Hanks is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Chimpo tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Hanks wants to get back to his feet.
Hanks is looking to reverse the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hanks is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Chimpo is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Poor strikes thrown by Chimpo there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Chimpo throws a sloppy strike and Hanks uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Hanks has ended up in Chimpo's guard.
Chimpo throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Chimpo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hanks's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chimpo throws a big elbow that misses.
Chimpo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Hanks working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Chimpo.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Chimpo passes Hanks's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Chimpo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Hanks is looking to control Chimpo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hanks avoid being mounted?
Chimpo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hanks is just riding it out for now. Chimpo eventually gives up the hold.
Chimpo is thwarting Hanks's attempts to control the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Chimpo throwing shots but Hanks is blocking nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chimpo cracks Hanks with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Nice straight punches there by Hanks. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hanks.
Hanks swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chimpo misses with a body kick.
Hanks loads up on a big right hand but Chimpo slips the punch.
Hanks lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Chimpo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hanks throws a hook to the side of Chimpo's head but Chimpo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nice shot lands for Chimpo.
Fred Hanks is winning the standup battle so far.

Chimpo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hanks walks away with a smile on his face. Chimpo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Chimpo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hanks throws out a loose jab but Chimpo uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hanks throws a shot to the body.
Chimpo moves away from the strike by Hanks.
Hanks scores with a jab. Chimpo acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Chimpo is still on wobbly legs! Can Hanks finish him?
That has opened up Johnny Chimpo's cut even more.

Sloppy strikes from Chimpo. Those never looked like landing.
Hanks is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Chimpo flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Chimpo is out cold! Hanks holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
