Hideki comes to the cage accompanied by Obituary- Dying . Freeman is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Leverage - Mister Universe. Huey Freeman has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Freeman is predictable there
and Hideki counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Huey Freeman has been cut.
Freeman throws a right hand that Hideki ducks under and follows up with a left that Hideki also avoids with ease.
Freeman takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Hideki lands a nice looking body shot.
Freeman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Freeman fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hideki is out of range.
Freeman throws a hook but Hideki avoids it easily.

Freeman throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hideki stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Freeman works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Hideki lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Hideki thuds a left hand into Freeman's body.
Hideki scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Freeman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Freeman takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Freeman throws out a loose jab but Hideki uses good head movement to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Freeman. Hideki does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Hideki counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Hideki smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Freeman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Hideki tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Freeman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hideki keeps working.
Freeman tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Hideki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Freeman moves away.
Freeman leaves Hideki with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hideki is looking to wear down Freeman with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Freeman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hideki pinned against the cage. Hideki gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
