The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hill shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Faust napping and manages to drive through into side control!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Hill tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hill has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Hill has hold of Faust's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Faust seems comfortable defending it but Hill has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Faust is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Faust is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hill couldn't care less - he's delighted!

After winning the bout, Dane Hill thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
