Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimothy Mazor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Joao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mazor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman By Metallica. Joao has chosen 313 ft. Eye Kyu as his entrance music. Rafael Joao will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joao shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mazor sprawls well. Mazor wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Joao gets slowly back to his feet.
Mazor throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mazor closes the distance and clinches.
Joao jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mazor walks away with a smile on his face. Joao gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mazor wants to slow Joao down by chopping away at his legs.

Jimothy Mazor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafael Joao.

Joao is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mazor has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Joao - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Mazor, and another! Joao is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
