Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Masaru Hideki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maddy Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hideki kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Obituary- Dying . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rock throws a shot from downtown. Hideki moves away and avoids it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Masaru Hideki will probably get the nod.

Hideki has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rock is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hideki.
