The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaw blocks a jab.
Shaw misses with a body kick.
Shaw shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Stone eats them both and turns towards Shaw to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Ben Stone has been cut.
Stone tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Shaw counters with a stiff right hand.
Shaw misses with an attempted mid kick.
Shaw moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Shaw tries to bum rush Stone with a series of wild strikes but Stone uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Shaw throws a front kick that sends Stone stumbling back into the cage.

Stone bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Shaw stuns Stone with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stone is breathing heavily.

Shaw throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Shaw lands a big head kick that sends Stone tumbling to the mat! Shaw takes a step backwards and waves Stone back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Stone is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shaw plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Stone to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Stone just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
