Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tiger Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tiger Bear! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Benjamin Knox! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bear throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bear tries to clinch there but Knox circles away.
Knox misses with a takedown attempt - Bear sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Knox swats away the attempt to clinch by Bear. Knox blocks a head kick by Bear.
Bear has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bear with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Knox just misses with a elbow thrown towards Bear's brow. Bear gets underhooks to prevent Knox's takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knox wants a takedown but no success here.

Bear with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Bear pushes Knox back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Knox tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bear darts in trying to clinch enabling Knox to counter with a crisp jab. Knox throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Knox tries to clinch but Bear is having none of it. Tiger Bear seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bear closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Knox tries to pull guard but Bear won't allow it.

Bear is bucking up trying to escape but Knox cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Bear has given up his back here. Will Knox look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Knox has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Bear has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Knox doesn't have the hooks in and Bear manages to turn into his guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tiger Bear will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Bear tries to clinch up and Knox counters with a takedown into side control. Knox tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Knox has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Knox is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bear is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Knox looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Knox takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Knox tries to advance to mount but Bear denies him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bear controls the position for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Knox is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bear knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Bear manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Knox is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bear defends it well. Knox seems to be working for a kimura but Bear defends the submission attempt. Bear tries to roll over but Knox keeps him under control. Knox is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Knox takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Knox tightening his grip on Bear, looking for the choke. Benjamin Knox has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bear is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Knox gets his way!
Knox is looking for the choke from the back position but Bear is controlling his hands well. Knox is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Bear defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bear controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad spot.
And that's the end of the fight! Benjamin Knox comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Bear has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
