The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pineda tries to clinch up
and Hainesburg counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hainesburg catches Pineda with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Pineda misses with a series of wild punches.
Pineda shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hainesburg napping and manages to drive through into side control!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hainesburg is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Pineda's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Hainesburg is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Hainesburg might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Hainesburg is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Hainesburg trying to control the action but Pineda is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hainesburg is working for a kimura but Pineda is defending it quite comfortably.
Pineda tries to kick Hainesburg off in order to stand up. Hainesburg Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

The referee asks Hainesburg politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hainesburg prefers to stall for the moment though.
Pineda is looking for a sweep.
Hainesburg tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Hainesburg is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Hainesburg extends the arm and Pineda is forced to tap!
