Perez shoots for a takedown but Murphy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Perez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Murphy - the referee stops the clock and Perez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Murphy. Perez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
