Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Riley Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Belmonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belmonte comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Los Lobos - Cancion Del Mariachi kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rodrigo Belmonte!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis avoids the body shot from Belmonte.
Belmonte avoids the head kick by Lewis.
Belmonte lands a nice shot that snaps Lewis's head back.
Belmonte looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Lewis moves out of range as Belmonte strikes.
Belmonte sends Lewis crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Belmonte is motioning to the referee to let Lewis up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Belmonte loads up on a big right hand but Lewis slips the punch.
Lewis connects with a nice looking jab.
Lewis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Belmonte.
Lewis blocks the body kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Lewis.
Belmonte drops Lewis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lewis looks back up at him and smiles so Belmonte waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Lewis is rocked!
BOOM! Belmonte lands a beautiful left hook that drops Lewis. Lewis tries to recover but Belmonte is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Lewis lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rodrigo Belmonte!
