Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luke McKendrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ichiro Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takahashi has chosen 暗殺者 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Luke McKendrick! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ichiro Takahashi! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKendrick is looking to clinch. Takahashi misses with a straight left. A decent looking body kick lands there for Takahashi. Takahashi misses with a leg kick and McKendrick counters with a single leg into guard. Takahashi didn't expect that. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Takahashi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. McKendrick defends it easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McKendrick looking to pass the guard. Takahashi controlling the position. Takahashi working a defensive guard here.
Takahashi keeping moving, preventing McKendrick from controlling successfully. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takahashi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from McKendrick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takahashi pulls McKendrick in to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ichiro Takahashi was stalling too much, according to the referee. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Takahashi, as that shot connected.
Takahashi cracks McKendrick with a right hand to the side of the head. Takahashi misses with a wild body shot. Takahashi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ichiro Takahashi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. McKendrick avoids a kick to the body.
McKendrick stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Takahashi. Takahashi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McKendrick manages to avoid it. Takahashi keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
McKendrick throws a head kick that misses. Takahashi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Takahashi tries a head kick but it misses.
Takahashi tries to sprawl but McKendrick drives through with a takedown into half guard. McKendrick is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takahashi is trying to control but can't.
McKendrick is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Takahashi sees it coming and defends easily. McKendrick looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

McKendrick thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Takahashi's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McKendrick is trying to control the action in half guard but Takahashi is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. McKendrick looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. McKendrick wants to pass to mount but Takahashi is defending the position. Takahashi is trying to get back to full guard. Takahashi is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takahashi manages to get to full guard.
Takahashi pulls McKendrick in close to his closed guard and prevents McKendrick from doing any damage or advancing position. McKendrick postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McKendrick wants to control from the top but Takahashi keeps moving. Takahashi has his hands on McKendrick's head, controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ichiro Takahashi dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
McKendrick looks to land a body kick but Takahashi moved away. Takahashi blocks a leg kick. Takahashi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McKendrick has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Ichiro Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McKendrick closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Takahashi's guard. Takahashi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and McKendrick defends well. McKendrick wants to control from the top but Takahashi keeps moving. McKendrick is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Takahashi keeping moving, preventing McKendrick from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takahashi has his foot on McKendrick's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. McKendrick works his way back into a safe position though. Takahashi is trying to control the position from the bottom.
McKendrick trying to control the position from guard on top but Takahashi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. McKendrick stands and throws Takahashi's legs to the side, diving into side control. Takahashi is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but McKendrick is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Takahashi regains half guard. McKendrick is looking for a kimura but Takahashi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McKendrick to get the leverage. McKendrick is stalling here. Takahashi is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! McKendrick seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Takahashi has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McKendrick takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Takahashi wants to lay and pray for a moment but McKendrick keeps working. McKendrick tries to get back to half guard but can't. McKendrick gets back to half guard. McKendrick makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McKendrick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! McKendrick keeping full guard, as Takahashi tries to pass.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McKendrick is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Takahashi trying to control the position from guard on top but McKendrick is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takahashi looking to sit in guard and control but McKendrick gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. McKendrick wants to control from the top but Takahashi keeps moving. McKendrick being controlled here momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takahashi is trying to keep McKendrick in close.
McKendrick trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Takahashi pulls McKendrick in close to prevent any damage. McKendrick wants to pass the guard but Takahashi is keeping the position.
Ichiro Takahashi has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Nice shot by Takahashi. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Takahashi throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Takahashi defending well as McKendrick loads up on a big left hand. McKendrick is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Takahashi. McKendrick connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Takahashi's hands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Luke McKendrick will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Takahashi bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. McKendrick throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. McKendrick throws a combination that misses and Takahashi counters with a good, hard body kick but McKendrick shrugs it off. Takahashi paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Takahashi lands with a cross. McKendrick throws a big shot that misses. McKendrick on the wrong end of a nice jab.
McKendrick is rocked! McKendrick scores with a nice strike. Oh McKendrick is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! McKendrick fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McKendrick seems to have got his legs back now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McKendrick throws a left and a right that both miss
and Takahashi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. McKendrick walks into a jab. Takahashi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. An inside leg kick lands from Takahashi. Takahashi pounces like a tiger and cracks McKendrick with a vicious hook! McKendrick is down but not out! Takahashi follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ichiro Takahashi! Our winner, Ichiro Takahashi, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
