Iwanienko has chosen Kavkaz Sila as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Wladimir Iwanienko acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiberio looks to land a right hand but Iwanienko moved out of range.
Iwanienko moves to clinch but Tiberio breaks away
and Tiberio counters with a stiff right hand.
Tiberio lunges at Iwanienko with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Iwanienko's hand.
Iwanienko fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Tiberio comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Valmir Tiberio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wladimir Iwanienko.
Tiberio lands a nice hook to Iwanienko's body. Iwanienko takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

It looks like Wladimir Iwanienko has been cut.

Iwanienko fails to land the takedown.
Tiberio keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

and Iwanienko takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Iwanienko is trying desperately to land a takedown but Tiberio is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Iwanienko.

and Tiberio cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Iwanienko's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tiberio connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Iwanienko scrambles back to his feet.
Tiberio dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tiberio cracks Iwanienko with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tiberio has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Iwanienko to stand back up!
Iwanienko is rocked!
That has opened up Wladimir Iwanienko's cut even more.
Tiberio measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Iwanienko! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Valmir Tiberio!
