The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adebisi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent De Paiva Santos stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Adebisi lands a straight punch to the body, keeping De Paiva Santos at a distance.
De Paiva Santos on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Alex De Paiva Santos has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Adebisi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from De Paiva Santos.
Adebisi will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

De Paiva Santos shoots in looking for a takedown but Adebisi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing De Paiva Santos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Adebisi motions for De Paiva Santos to come forward. Adebisi throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Adebisi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Adebisi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from De Paiva Santos.
Adebisi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but De Paiva Santos was well out of range. Poor timing from Adebisi.
Chris Adebisi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Adebisi lands an uppercut out of nowhere! De Paiva Santos falls backwards - clearly groggy! Adebisi dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
