Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roy Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Humberto Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bull comes to the cage accompanied by Black Label Society - Fire It Up. Cruz has chosen Deja Vu as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Cruz fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bull throws an overhand right that lands on Cruz's shoulder, as Cruz tries to avoid the shot.
Bull throws out a loose jab but Cruz uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cruz's corner calls for a 1-2. Cruz obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Bull scores with a shot to the body.
Cruz throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bull.
Cruz scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bull will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Cruz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bull moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cruz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A solid leg kick lands there for Bull.
Cruz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Cruz lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Bull lands a lovely overhand right.
Bull moves out of range of the leg kick from Cruz.
A nice inside leg kick there by Cruz. That's going to slow Bull down.
Cruz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bull darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Bull closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cruz kicks Bull off and gets back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Roy Bull will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Bull chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Cruz can pounce on him.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bull looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Cruz closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Cruz looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Bull's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cruz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bull scrambles back to his feet.
A combination from Bull does no damage.

so Cruz counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bull can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Cruz controls the pace.
Bull wants to hit a switch here but Cruz passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bull there!

I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
