Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roque Barretto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barretto kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Last Man Standing - By 4ft Fingers. Watson has chosen Lil Wayne feat. Drake and Jadakiss - It's Good as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Barretto counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Barretto ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Barretto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Watson.
Nice cross by Watson.
Barretto avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Watson checks a low kick from Barretto.
Barretto throws a leg kick but Watson checks it.
Watson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Watson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Barretto has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Barretto ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Barretto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Decent striking displayed by Barretto there.
It looks like Thomas Watson has been cut.
Barretto is looking to land body kicks.
Barretto misses the jab.
Barretto lands with a nice body kick.
Watson blocks a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Watson looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Watson misses with the body kick
and Barretto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Watson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Watson cracks Barretto with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Barretto turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Thomas Watson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Watson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barretto was well out of range. Poor timing from Watson.

Watson cracks Barretto with a right hand to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Watson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barretto moves away.
Barretto motions for Watson to come forward. Barretto throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Watson thows a body shot but no joy.
Barretto feints and then cracks Watson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Watson down.
Watson throws a hook to the side of Barretto's head but Barretto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Barretto throws a wild body kick that Watson sees coming a mile off.
Barretto swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Watson.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barretto lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Watson falls backwards - clearly groggy! Barretto dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roque Barretto!
An out of breath Roque Barretto thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
