Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mega Fredriksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodney Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fredriksson comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - Megatron Gon' Give It To Ya. Holmes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. F.A.M.E kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Mega Fredriksson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes lands with an overhand left.
Holmes swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Holmes throws a combination. Fredriksson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Fredriksson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Holmes is fending him off so far but Fredriksson persists. Nope, Holmes circles away and we're back to standing.
Holmes lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Fredriksson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Holmes avoids it really well and circles away.
Holmes cracks Fredriksson with a right hand to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Holmes ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nice body kick there by Holmes.
Holmes thuds a left hand into Fredriksson's body.
Holmes takes a swing at Fredriksson's ribcage but misses.
Fredriksson on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Fredriksson is breathing heavily.

Holmes throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fredriksson on the side of the head.
Fredriksson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Good standup being displayed there by Holmes as he connects with a hook.
Fredriksson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mega Fredriksson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Holmes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fredriksson was well out of range. Poor timing from Holmes.
Rodney Holmes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A head kick by Holmes - that's a beauty! Fredriksson is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Holmes can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Rodney Holmes!
Rodney Holmes tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
