Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hale Erwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erwin comes to the cage accompanied by Young Jeezy feat. T.I. - F.A.M.E.. Jackson has chosen Can't be Touched as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jackson.
Erwin moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off.

Jackson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jackson, as that shot connected.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Erwin feints a jab promting Jackson to slip. Erwin then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jackson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Well Jackson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
