PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Josie Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Hentschel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marquez comes to the cage accompanied by the most annoying Mexican polka music you have heard in your life. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stefan Hentschel!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquez misses the shot to the body.

Marquez is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hentschel's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hentschel's back!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Josie Marquez.
I think Marquez has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
