Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between mr maroon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roscoe Conwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conwell has chosen Super Bon Bon as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. mr maroon could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Roscoe Conwell's chin.

Nice sprawl there from Conwell as maroon shoots in.
maroon has managed to clinch.
maroon tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Conwell just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for mr maroon. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Conwell tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. maroon smiles and moves away.
Conwell lands a slapping body shot.

maroon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Conwell's waist but Conwell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing maroon off to one side.
Conwell cracks maroon with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends maroon tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Conwell pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! maroon is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roscoe Conwell!
