Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Musashi Kato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Zaromskis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zaromskis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Moment of Peace. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Musashi Kato! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Martin Zaromskis! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zaromskis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Zaromskis wants it to stay on the feet. A nice leg kick lands there from Zaromskis. Zaromskis lands with a good body shot. Good work by Kato as he checks the leg kick. Zaromskis thuds a left hand into Kato's body. Zaromskis cracks a nice hook into Kato's ribs. Kato blocks a head kick by Zaromskis.
Zaromskis misses the shot to the body. Zaromskis gets a clinch. Zaromskis throws a head punch that misses. Zaromskis prevents a body shot from Kato. Zaromskis is trying to push Kato away but Kato has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Zaromskis lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Zaromskis breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Zaromskis throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kato dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zaromskis. That did some damage! Zaromskis tries to clinch there but Kato circles away.
Kato lands a head shot. Kato on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Kato misses with a hook. Zaromskis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kato. Kato darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zaromskis is trying to maintain the position but Kato is very close to passing his half guard. Zaromskis wants to get back to full guard. Kato winds up and cracks Zaromskis with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Zaromskis wants to control but Kato is keeping busy and won't allow it. This has been an exciting period of action! Zaromskis wants to get back to full guard. Kato trying to control the action but Zaromskis is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zaromskis is trying to get back to full guard. Zaromskis is not content to let Kato control the position. Kato thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Zaromskis's head. Kato seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Zaromskis is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
