Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Djoser Rei! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
28 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Josh Hara! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hara will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Djoser Rei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hara shoots in for a takedown and gets it. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Hara throwing shots but Rei is blocking nicely. Hara missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Rei trying to control but Hara postures up.

Hara chips away with some ground and pound. Hara wants to control from the top but Rei keeps moving. Hara tries to free his leg and advance position but Rei is retaining full guard. Hara throws a big right hand that misses. Hara throws an elbow that misses. Rei uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hara's guard. Nice move by Rei! Hara bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rei's guard. Hara throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rei works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rei looking for a sweep. Not yet Rei, not yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rei keeping moving, preventing Hara from controlling successfully. Hara pushes down on Rei's leg and manages to get into half guard. Hara missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Hara is nestled in close to Rei, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hara lands a nice short elbow. Hara passes to full mount! Hara misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hara cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hara trying to control but Rei is having none of it. Hara misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Hara landing strikes from the mount. Rei manages to regain half guard. Good work. Hara takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Hara not landing any meaningful shots this time. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hara working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Rei gets back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hara in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Hara postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hara loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Hara trying to control the position from guard on top but Rei is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hara stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rei swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hara stands up over Rei, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Rei is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hara wants to control from the top but Rei keeps moving. Rei utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Hara dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hara tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rei swivels and escapes. Rei throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Rei pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hara will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Some wild striking there from Hara.
Hara shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rei as he jumps to the side. Djoser Rei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Hara. Hara shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rei napping and manages to drive through into side control! Hara in side control, throwing shots but Rei defends. Rei can't do much from the bottom here. Josh Hara has got the better of the ground game so far. Rei tries to improve position but can't. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rei parries the strikes from Hara easily there. Hara is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Rei to escape.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hara landing strikes. Josh Hara showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Rei ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hara moves away. Josh Hara is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Rei pulls out of a head kick attempt.

An inside leg kick lands from Rei. Rei swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Rei throws a push kick but Hara slaps the foot to one side. Rei scores with a nice head shot. Hara decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Hara stalling. Hara is trying to control. Rei wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Hara working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Djoser Rei has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rei is not content to let Hara control the position. Rei avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hara. Hara perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Rei keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Rei trying to hold on to Hara's head to control him but Hara postures up.
Hara winds up and cracks Rei with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Hara is trying to control. Rei wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Hara looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Hara has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rei on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hara not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Hara is looking to advance position but Rei won't allow it. Hara has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Rei trying to control but Hara postures up.
Hara winds up and cracks Rei with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Hara is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rei sees it coming and defends easily. Rei is staying active underneath Hara, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Hara throwing shots but Rei is blocking nicely. Hara thows a huge punch but Rei dodges it nicely.
Hara is looking to stall here but Rei recovers full guard.

And that's the end of the fight! Josh Hara comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Hara winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
