Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Red Headed Step Child (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Hess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Step Child comes into the arena with I Don't Like It blaring out of the sound system. Hess has chosen Curl Of The Burl as his entrance music. Red Headed Step Child had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Red Headed Step Child! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jon Hess! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hess throws a shot to the body.
Step Child blocks the body kick.
We've been told by Step Child's head coaches at CCF's Flying Circus that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Step Child lands a head kick. Hess smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Jon Hess has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Step Child jabbing away but nothing is landing. Hess throws a body kick that misses. Jon Hess seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Step Child uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hess.
Hess throws a series of punches but Step Child moves out of range. Hess throws a quick inside leg kick. Hess tries to land a front kick but Step Child steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Hess throws a nice outside leg kick. Hess throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Step Child blocks a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hess throws a leg kick and as Hess resets, Step Child pounces with a savage head kick that drops Hess to the mat! Hess looks wobbly but gets back to his feet on the count of 5. The referee continues the count to 8 then steps aside to let these two guys get back at it!
Hess is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. BAM! Step Child delivers a spinning backfist that drops Hess like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Red Headed Step Child! Red Headed Step Child is the new super heavyweight champion! After the big win, Red Headed Step Child made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Conviction and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
