Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, K.J. Choi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brick Tires!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Choi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
K.J. Choi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters circling a little - Tires finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Choi walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tires checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Choi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Tires moves out of range of the body kick from Choi.
Choi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tires swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tires has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Choi is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Choi throws a big shot that misses.
Choi lunges at Tires with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tires's hand.
Tires feints and then cracks Choi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Choi down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tires misses with a leg kick.
Choi throws out a powerful jab.
Tires paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Choi lands a nice looking body shot.
Choi scores with a leg kick.
Choi throws an overhand right that lands on Tires's shoulder, as Tires tries to avoid the shot.
Tires slips a straight right by Choi.
Tires moves out of range as Choi throws a body kick.
Choi moves out of range of the leg kick from Tires.
Tires misses with a low kick.
Tires moves in looking to clinch but Choi pushes him off.

Tires listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Tires throws a push kick but Choi slaps the foot to one side.

Tires closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Choi scores with a shoulder strike.
Tires has Choi pressed against the cage, preventing Choi from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Choi swings wildly with an uppercut but Tires uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tires working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Tires has Choi pressed against the cage, preventing Choi from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Oh Choi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tires works on Choi's body with a couple of short punches.
Choi is breathing heavily.
Tires lands with a left to the head.
Tires dips a shoulder and cracks Choi with a mighty uppercut! Choi falls back against the cage and Tires unloads with a barrage of strikes! Choi is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Tires screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brick Tires!
An out of breath Brick Tires thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
