Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Malaipet Sasiprapa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pithe Canthropus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sasiprapa comes to the cage accompanied by Malaipet the Diamond. Canthropus has chosen Pizzaman - Trippin' On Sunshine as his entrance music. Pithe Canthropus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sasiprapa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sasiprapa throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A jab lands there for Canthropus.
Sasiprapa looks to land a body kick but Canthropus moved away.
Sasiprapa tests Canthropus's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Pithe Canthropus has been cut.
Canthropus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sasiprapa scores with a hook to the body. Canthropus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Sasiprapa throws a head kick but Canthropus moves out of range.
Canthropus looks to score with a jab to the body but Sasiprapa is just out of range.

Canthropus throws a chopping leg kick but Sasiprapa manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Sasiprapa dips to his left and cracks Canthropus with an uppercut!
A clash of legs there as Sasiprapa blocks the low kick.
Canthropus throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Canthropus takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Sasiprapa misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Canthropus.
Sasiprapa blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Sasiprapa is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Canthropus putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Sasiprapa in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Canthropus tries to circle away but Sasiprapa has him pinned against the cage.

Sasiprapa is trying to maintain a safe position but Canthropus gets an underhook and turns Sasiprapa into the cage.

Canthropus lands with a left to the head.
Sasiprapa misses with a knee to the head.
Canthropus struggles to land a body shot inside as Sasiprapa controls his hands.
Canthropus throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sasiprapa blocks it with crossed arms.

Canthropus wants to take the fight to the mat but Sasiprapa manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Canthropus stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Canthropus is trying to stall.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Sasiprapa.
Canthropus turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Canthropus manages to end up in side control.
Canthropus tries to score with some ground and pound. Sasiprapa controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Sasiprapa is not content to let Canthropus control the position.
Canthropus is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sasiprapa has escaped the position, nice work there.
Sasiprapa is trying to control Canthropus's posture but Canthropus avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Canthropus misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Canthropus in side control, throwing shots but Sasiprapa defends.
Canthropus looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The ground and pound from Canthropus seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Canthropus lands some shots froms side control.
Canthropus wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sasiprapa keeps working.
Canthropus misses with the ground and pound.
Sasiprapa keeping his opponent close.
Canthropus misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Canthropus tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Sasiprapa tries to improve position but can't.
Canthropus tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Sasiprapa wants to control but Canthropus postures up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Canthropus goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sasiprapa rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Canthropus's guard! Nice work there by Sasiprapa!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sasiprapa controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Malaipet Sasiprapa will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Pithe Canthropus's cut.
That's time! Sasiprapa's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Canthropus throws a head kick that misses.
Canthropus pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Canthropus thows a body shot but no joy.
Canthropus moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Sasiprapa keeps Canthropus at a distance using the push kick.
Sasiprapa getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Canthropus takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Malaipet Sasiprapa is winning the standup battle so far.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sasiprapa sizes up Canthropus with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Sasiprapa throws a leg kick which misses Canthropus's front leg but catches the back leg as Canthropus tries to avoid it.

Canthropus ducks into an uppercut from Sasiprapa and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

A less than humble Malaipet Sasiprapa misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
Pithe Canthropus was interviewed post fight and said 'Crap. I lost. That sucks.'.
