Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between The Batman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Espiridion Araya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Espiridion Araya will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Batman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Espiridion Araya! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Batman wants to clinch but Araya slips to the side and Araya makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Batman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. The Batman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Batman takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Batman tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Batman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Batman tries to clinch but Araya moves away and Araya counters with a nice double leg into guard. Araya is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. This has been an exciting period of action! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Araya slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It looks like Araya might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Espiridion Araya has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Batman closes the distance looking to clinch and Araya counters with a stiff right hand. A jab from Araya does it's job there. Batman closes the distance but Araya moves to the side and Araya counters with an outside leg kick.
Batman moves to clinch but Araya breaks away and Araya counters with a nice body kick. Araya throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Araya lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Batman closes the distance looking to clinch and Araya counters with a body kick that stops Batman in his tracks momentarily. Batman avoids the body shot from Araya.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Batman tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Araya counters with a takedown into side control. A lull in the action here as Araya stalls from top position. Araya lands some shots froms side control. Araya staying calm. Batman tries to buck Araya off but Araya is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Araya content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Espiridion Araya. Batman tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Araya counters with a big head kick but Batman shrugs it off. Batman looks to clinch and Araya counters with a takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Araya wants to lay and pray for a moment but Batman keeps working. Araya is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Batman looks calm but he's in trouble here. Araya gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Batman is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Araya lets go of the hold and Batman can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Espiridion Araya! An out of breath Espiridion Araya thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career. The Batman spoke after the fight, saying 'The dark knight will always rise, stronger than before.'.
