Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yehia Kamel!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Chad Campbell and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamison shoots in for a takedown but Kamel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jamison drives through and clinches with Kamel against the cage.
Jamison breaks from the clinch.
Jamison takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kamel moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Jamison blocks a head kick by Kamel.
Kamel gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Jamison tries to free his leg and advance position but Kamel is retaining full guard.
Jamison wants to control from the top but Kamel keeps moving.
Kamel is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jamison is aware though and is defending well.

Jamison is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jamison working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kamel's head.
We've been hearing that Jamison has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Jamison keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kamel's head.
Jamison wants to control from the top but Kamel keeps moving.

Kamel is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Jamison frees his head nicely. Oh but Kamel has switched to an armbar! Jamison is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
