Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 20 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Vronsky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 2, fighting out of New York, Harrison Barnes!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vronsky defending well as Barnes loads up on a big left hand.
Vronsky cracks Barnes with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Barnes misses the jab.
Vronsky takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Harrison Barnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vronsky uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Barnes.
Vronsky cracks Barnes with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

We've been hearing good reports from Vronsky's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Vronsky jabs Barnes to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Vronsky takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
That kick from Barnes tenderised Vronsky's leg. Vronsky is trying to keep his angry face on.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Michael Vronsky will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Barnes moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Vronsky shoots in and gets a takedown into Barnes's guard.
Barnes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Vronsky's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Barnes is fighting to break Vronsky's control of his arms but Vronsky is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Vronsky stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Barnes.
