Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rick Longshank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Spartan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Longshank comes to the cage accompanied by duality by slipknot. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rick Longshank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Spartan!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longshank connects with a nice looking jab.
Longshank swings for the body but Spartan moves out of range.
Longshank with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Longshank pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Longshank feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Spartan's calf.
A chopping leg kick lands by Longshank.
Longshank throws a shot to the body.
Spartan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Longshank on the side of the head.
Longshank misses with a wild body shot.
Spartan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A shot to the liver by Longshank. Beautiful body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Longshank waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Spartan.
The fight stays on the outside here - Spartan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Longshank scores with a nice right hand.
Spartan scores with a hook to the body. Longshank takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Rick Longshank seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Spartan fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Longshank is out of range.
Spartan scores with a jab to the jaw.
Longshank misses with a body kick.
Longshank bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Spartan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Longshank paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Longshank cracks Spartan with a good jab.
Spartan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Spartan is rocked!
Longshank fakes the body blow, causing Spartan to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Spartan goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Rick Longshank decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
