Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! One gets in close and instigates a clinch. One misses with some punches.
One works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Maston is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. One connects with a couple of short punches. Maston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with One. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Maston preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. One postures up.
One has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. One postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. One trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. One controls from within his opponent's guard. Maston looking to control.
One lands a couple of decent looking shots. Maston has his foot on One's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. One works his way back into a safe position though. One works over Maston with some ground and pound from guard. Maston is trying to control the position but One postures up. One lands a couple of digs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maston pushes One off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. One scores with a nice head shot. Maston blocks a jab. One misses with a looping left. One closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Maston is looking for a sweep. One is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Maston has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. One is working away from the top position though. Maston looks gassed! One controlling the action here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. One is looking to take a break and control but Maston is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. One landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Maston looking for submissions off his back. One prevents Maston from improving his position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with One in particular looking to stall. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Maston can do anything to dispel that myth. One is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! One controlling from mount. One has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. One cracks Maston with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Maston tries to get back to half guard but can't. One looking to isolate an arm here. Maston doesn't see it coming and as One extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by One!
