Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tuma Krapala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernhard Adelhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krapala kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Green Day - Brain Stew. Adelhard has chosen Godsmack - I Stand Alone as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tuma Krapala! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bernhard Adelhard! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krapala shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Adelhard looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Krapala is trying to control the action in half guard but Adelhard is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. We've been hearing good reports from Krapala's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Adelhard tries to get to full guard but Krapala has control of the leg. Krapala is taking a breather. Adelhard says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Krapala is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Adelhard sees it coming and defends easily. The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Adelhard lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Krapala moves out of range as Adelhard strikes. Adelhard slips under a jab. As Krapala backs off Adelhard throws a huge counter combo but Krapala manages to avoid it all. A head kick misses from Krapala. Adelhard connects with a body shot that sends Krapala's belly button to the back. Krapala uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Adelhard. Adelhard lands a front kick. Krapala throws a head kick that misses. A nice side step and Adelhard releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Krapala throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. No luck for Krapala with that takedown attempt. Adelhard wants to counter the offense by Krapala and move into the clinch position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adelhard connects with a single shot there. The fighters circling - Adelhard throws out the jab but it was never going to land. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Adelhard lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Bernhard Adelhard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Adelhard pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Krapala back to the cage. Adelhard follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Adelhard throws a head kick that misses. Adelhard throws a body shot but no joy. Krapala looking to score a takedown here. Adelhard is defending well but Krapala drives through and ends up in Adelhard's guard. Krapala is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Krapala trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Adelhard keeping moving, preventing Krapala from controlling successfully. Adelhard isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Krapala stacks Adelhard on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Krapala! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Adelhard tries to improve position but can't. Krapala throws an elbow but Adelhard slips to the side and avoids it well. Krapala wants to lay and pray for a moment but Adelhard keeps working. Krapala is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Adelhard is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Adelhard tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Krapala wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Krapala trying to control the position but Adelhard is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bernhard Adelhard will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
The fighters circling - Adelhard throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Krapala drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Krapala slips nicely into half guard. Adelhard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Krapala got a little sloppy there for a moment and Adelhard has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Krapala has managed to get both his arms back between Adelhard's legs - danger averted. Krapala throwing strikes but missing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krapala advances to half guard. Krapala seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Adelhard does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Adelhard is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Krapala is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Krapala prevents Adelhard from improving his position.

Nice body punch from Krapala. Adelhard fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Krapala has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Bernhard Adelhard seems to be getting the better of the standup. Krapala fails with a takedown attempt. Krapala takes a shot right to the bread basket. Nice defenses there by Adelhard. Krapala connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Adelhard defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Krapala. Adelhard tries to counter with a clinch but Krapala shakes him off and moves away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tuma Krapala. That's going to take a lot out of him. Adelhard dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krapala throws a head kick that misses. Adelhard looks to throw the jab but Krapala is out of range. Krapala rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Adelhard makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Adelhard scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Krapala doesn't seem bothered though. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Adelhard connects with a jab. Adelhard fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Krapala on the side of the head. Adelhard dips to his left and cracks Krapala with an uppercut! Jab from Adelhard. Krapala shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Adelhard as he jumps to the side. A countering left hand to the body from Adelhard misses. Krapala ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Adelhard needs to keep his hands up - Krapala had a free shot at his head there. Tuma Krapala seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Krapala shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Adelhard is trying to defend but Krapala finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Krapala appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Adelhard tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Krapala fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Adelhard. A bone on bone clash there as Adelhard blocks the leg kick.
That kick from Krapala tenderised Adelhard's leg. Adelhard is trying to keep his angry face on. Krapala fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Adelhard sprawls well initially but Krapala persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Krapala wants to free his trapped foot but Adelhard is holding on for dear life with his legs. Adelhard slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Adelhard wants to sweep here but Krapala controlling him for the moment. Adelhard working a defensive guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adelhard escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Krapala gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Adelhard has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Krapala should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Adelhard has tightened it up now! Krapala should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
