Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nero Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lester Jangles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Padilla comes into the arena with Dead by Dawn by Deicide blaring out of the sound system. Lester Jangles has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nero Padilla's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nero Padilla!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
22 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lester Jangles!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jangles throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Padilla drops his hands momentarily and Jangles takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Nero Padilla has been cut.
Jangles looks for the body kick but Padilla saw that one coming.
Padilla is looking to counter punch.
Padilla looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Padilla.
Padilla displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jangles throws out the jab.
Padilla looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Padilla looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Padilla, as that shot connected.
Jangles loads up on a big right hand but Padilla slips the punch.
Padilla throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Jangles keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Padilla.
Padilla missing with a left hand there. Jangles was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Padilla throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jangles counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Padilla tries to land a front kick but Jangles steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jangles moves out of range of the body kick.
Padilla throws the left hand but Jangles avoids the punch easily.
Jangles swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jangles throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A head kick from Padilla lands but Jangles takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Padilla takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Padilla lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Padilla misses with a hook to the body
and Jangles counters with a leg kick.
Padilla misses with a lunging right hand
and Jangles counters with a straight right hand.
A low kick from Padilla misses
and Jangles counters with a nice right hand that sends Padilla toppling to the canvas! Padilla scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Jangles finish him?!
Padilla is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A slapping leg kick lands for Jangles.
Oh Padilla is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Padilla fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Jangles.
Jangles bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Padilla is breathing heavily.
Jangles fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Padilla out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Lester Jangles!
An out of breath Lester Jangles thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
