Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zen Yi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julle Hallava (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hallava has chosen Nightcall as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Julle Hallava!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hallava throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hallava tries to land a leg kick but Yi saw it coming and moves away.
Yi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hallava.
Hallava avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Yi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Yi on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Yi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hallava is looking to land body kicks.
Hallava pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Hallava has closed the distance and engaged Yi in a clinch.
Yi tries a body shot but Hallava blocks it.
With the fighters up against the cage, Yi throws an elbow but misses.
Yi lands a hook that snaps the head of Hallava backwards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Yi just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hallava's brow.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Hallava comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Zen Yi has been cut.

Yi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Yi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Hallava wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Zen Yi will probably get the nod.

That's time! Yi's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Hallava throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hallava ducks under a wild hook from Yi.
Zen Yi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yi uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hallava.
Yi throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Hallava's head.

Yi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hallava can pounce on him.

Yi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hallava but Hallava pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Yi finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Hallava keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Yi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hallava sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yi somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zen Yi. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hallava tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Yi is able to avoid easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yi tries to pull guard but Hallava won't allow it.
Oh Yi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Yi takes an elbow to the temple.
Yi wants to take the fight to the mat but Hallava manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Hallava creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Yi! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Hallava.
