Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Puppy Love (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dee Stroya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Love comes to the cage accompanied by Otherside by Mackemore X Ryan Lewis. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
36 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Puppy Love! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dee Stroya! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stroya's corner calls for a 1-2. Stroya obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Stroya throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Stroya throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Love counters with a nice body shot. Stroya attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Stroya shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Stroya passes into half guard. Stroya wants to free his trapped foot but Love is holding on for dear life with his legs. Stroya is trying to control the action in half guard but Love is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Love is looking for a sweep. Stroya is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Stroya missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Love blocking the ground and pound attempt from Stroya. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Love works his way to full guard. Good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Love is pulling down on Stroya's head to control his posture. Love preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Love is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stroya wants to pass the guard but Love is keeping the position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Stroya throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Stroya thuds his right hand into Love's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stroya shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Love is not content to let Stroya control the position. Stroya keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Stroya wants to free his trapped foot but Love is holding on for dear life with his legs. Stroya missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Stroya trying to mount his opponent but Love defends it. Love keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Love avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stroya. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Stroya throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Love needs to keep his hands up - Stroya had a free shot at his head there. A slapping leg kick lands for Stroya.
Stroya jabbing away but nothing is landing. It looked like Love was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Stroya. Stroya with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Love to score with a decent uppercut. Stroya shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Stroya controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Stroya is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stroya in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Love managing to control the position. Stroya looking to pass the guard. Love preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Love working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Stroya. Stroya advances position into side control! Love tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dee Stroya dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Stroya, right into the meat.
Stroya throws a head kick that misses. Stroya throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stroya lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Stroya defending well as Love loads up on a big left hand. Dee Stroya seems to be getting the better of the standup. Stroya misses with a body shot
and Love counters with a nice uppercut. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Stroya.
Stroya takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Stroya bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Stroya unleashes a big counter combination but Love bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. A slapping leg kick lands for Stroya.
Stroya takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Love misses with a body shot.
Love uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stroya.

That's one minute gone in the round. Love missing with a left hand there. Stroya was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Stroya uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Love.
Love misses with a hook. Stroya ducked under it nicely. Stroya let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Love goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Love fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stroya manages to avoid it. Stroya throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Stroya throws a looping overhand right but Love ducks down to avoid it. Dee Stroya seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A left lands for Love. Stroya throws a low kick but Love moves out of range easily. Stroya misses with a looping left. Love keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Stroya. Love checks the leg kick. A little feinted left hand from Love on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Stroya throws a shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stroya avoids the body shot from Love.

Love throws a hook but Stroya blocks it. Love scores with a jab to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stroya misses with an uppercut. Love saw that one coming. Love looks to land a right hand but Stroya moved out of range. Love seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Love walks into a left hand. Stroya jabs at Love's body. Love slips a straight right by Stroya. Stroya drops his hands momentarily and Love takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Love checks a leg kick nicely. Good leg kick by Stroya there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Love gets caught napping as Stroya dives in and scores a takedown. Love manages to retain guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stroya throwing strikes from guard but Love blocks nicely. Stroya trying to control the position from guard on top but Love is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Love is controlling Stroya's posture. Stroya might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Love haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Love trying to control the position here. Stroya has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Stroya keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Love's head. Stroya postures up and lands a big shot to Love's brow.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Stroya steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Love. Stroya feints and then cracks Love's leading leg with a nice low kick. Dee Stroya showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Stroya throws a quick inside leg kick. Love shoots in and drives through. Stroya sprawls well. Stroya is looking to land body kicks. Love tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stroya was well out of range. Poor timing from Love. As Love backs off Stroya throws a huge counter combo but Love manages to avoid it all. Stroya throws a hook but Love avoids it easily. Stroya displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Love. Stroya darts in and out, connecting with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Love is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Love is rocked! Love gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Stroya gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Love is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dee Stroya! A relieved looking Dee Stroya thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
