The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Sackett throws a jab but it's blocked by Maximoff.
Sackett throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sackett looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Maximoff throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sackett counters with a big uppercut that knocks Maximoff off his feet! Sackett dives into side control looking to finish!
Maximoff is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sackett scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Maximoff is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Sackett can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
