And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makarenko throws a jab when Perosh was well out of range.
Perosh blocks a jab.
Makarenko checks a low kick from Perosh.
Perosh moves out of range as Makarenko throws a body kick.
Makarenko takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Perosh punishes Makarenko's body with a nice straight punch.
Perosh moves into range and clinches up with Makarenko.
Perosh using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Makarenko has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Makarenko throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Peroshs head.
Perosh with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Makarenko wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Perosh has him pressed against the cage.
Perosh is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Makarenko is defending well for now.
Perosh throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Still in the clinch, Perosh scores with a nice short uppercut.
Perosh tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Makarenko's elbow.

Perosh tries to land knees in the clinch but Makarenko avoids the damage to the body.

Perosh tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Perosh lands a body punch.
Perosh lands a hook to the side of the head.
Perosh lands a right hand.
Makarenko swings wildly with an uppercut but Perosh uses good head movement to avoid it.
Makarenko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Perosh looks to land a right hand but Makarenko moved out of range.
Perosh throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Makarenko attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Perosh misses with a low kick.
Makarenko lands a big head kick that sends Perosh tumbling to the mat! Makarenko takes a step backwards and waves Perosh back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Jeremy Perosh has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Makarenko tries to bum rush Perosh with a series of wild strikes but Perosh uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Perosh lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Makarenko takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nice uppercut lands for Perosh. That snapped Makarenko's head back.
Perosh gets a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Makarenko lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Makarenko has a couple of punches blocked by Perosh.
Makarenko blocks an elbow strike.
Makarenko breaks the clinch.
Makarenko drops Perosh with a straight right hand, right on the button! Makarenko follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
