Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Holy War (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harold Shipman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). War comes to the cage accompanied by The Pretty Reckless - Heaven Knows. Shipman has chosen The man that you FEAR as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

23 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Harold Shipman! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shipman misses with a straight left. Shipman misses with a body shot
letting War counter with a right hand. Shipman fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt War. Nice shot lands for Shipman.
It looks like Holy War has been cut. Shipman throws a leg kick that is checked and War counters with a stiff right hand. Shipman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. War defends it nicely. Shipman clinches. Shipman working hard to break the clinch. A head punch on the inside from War fails to land. Shipman wants to get back to striking at distance but War won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shipman looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. War lands a hook that snaps the head of Shipman backwards.
It looks like Harold Shipman has been cut. Shipman is trying to break free. Shipman wants to break the clinch but can't.
War pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. War has Shipman pressed against the cage, preventing Shipman from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Shipman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. War lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. War moves in looking to clinch but Shipman pushes him off. War displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Shipman. War lands a jab. War motions for Shipman to come forward. War throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Shipman is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by War.
Shipman moves out of range as War strikes. Nice uppercut lands for War. That snapped Shipman's head back.
That kick from War tenderised Shipman's leg. Shipman is trying to keep his angry face on. Donk. War catches Shipman right on the button with a cross. War connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. War throws a nice head kick!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Shipman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as War throws out the jab. Shipman scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. War is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. War checks a low kick from Shipman. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Shipman. Holy War has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harold Shipman.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shipman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
War will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
War takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
War moves into the clinch. War scores with a hook to the body. War swings wildly with an uppercut but Shipman uses good head movement to avoid it. Shipman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. War gets in close and instigates a clinch. War throws an elbow but it misses.
Shipman wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Shipman blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
War lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. War lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Shipman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Shipman has taken the fight to the clinch.
War lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. War is defending well against a takedown attempt. War keeps control of Shipman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A frustrated look appears on Shipman's face as he tries to break the clinch. War breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Shipman slips a jab from War. Good work by War as he checks the leg kick. Shipman falls off balance throwing a combination
and War cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Shipman walks into a left hand. Shipman feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to War's calf. Nice straight punches there by War. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of War. War is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. A nice inside leg kick there by War. That's going to slow Shipman down. War cracks Shipman with a good jab. War lands a left and a right that send Shipman crashing to the mat, dazed. War thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Shipman is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! War lands with a thumping leg kick.
Shipman is still on wobbly legs! Can War finish him? The fighters circling - Shipman throws out the jab but it was never going to land. War throws a sloppy head kick and Shipman moves out of range easily. Shipman ducks right into an uppercut from War.
That has opened up Harold Shipman's cut even more. War drops Shipman with a huge uppercut! Shipman drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. War is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Holy War! Holy War was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
