Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lethal Larry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sylvester Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Larry's entrance music is Promise Man. A fine choice. Lethal Larry is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Sylvester Malone!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone drops his hands momentarily and Larry takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Malone throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Larry on the side of the head.
Larry steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Malone.

Malone looks to score with a jab to the body but Larry is just out of range.
We've been informed that Malone has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Malone fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Larry looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Larry connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Malone has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Larry.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Larry.
Malone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Larry moves away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Malone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Malone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Malone remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Larry stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Malone swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Malone working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Larry doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Larry manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Malone has his foot on Larry's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Larry works his way back into a safe position though.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Larry's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Malone connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Larry scrambles back to his feet.

Larry tests Malone's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Malone counters with a straight right hand.

Larry tried to score with a low kick but Malone checks it.
Malone appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Larry does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Malone! But no joy.

and Malone makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Malone moves forwards but Larry connects with a nice, crisp jab.

enabling Malone to counter with a crisp jab.

Larry throws out a loose jab but Malone uses good head movement to avoid it.
Larry is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Malone's half guard.

Malone controls Larry momentarily but Larry frees himself.

Malone looks up at the clock and then as Larry takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Malone smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Larry is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Sylvester Malone showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

and Larry counters with a nice uppercut.

Larry misses with a straight left.
Larry motions for Malone to come forward. Larry throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
A countering left hand to the body from Malone misses.
Malone keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Larry doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Malone punishes Larry's body with a nice straight punch.
A looping hook to the body misses from Malone. Larry does a little dance to reset his feet.
Larry appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Malone displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Larry throws out the jab.

Malone arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Larry's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Sylvester Malone decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
